About Erik Friederich, Makeup & Props Director
Erik Friederich first appeared in episode #012 of Interesting People (released April 28, 2024) where he spoke about his artistic process and gave a tour of his extensive figurine collection. Since then, he's expanded his role in Clayfield by assuming the role of Makeup & Props Director. With decades of experience in makeup and special effects, Erik boasts a wealth of knowledge that perfectly suits Justus' vision for Clayfield's newest, developing projects. Through wholeheartedly applying himself, he helps Clayfield to push the boundaries of its productions to more creative frontiers.
In addition to this, he uses his own original molds to
create limited edition, handcrafted masks which are made available through our shop. Erik's combined experience makes him a remarkably talented individual as he also creates limited edition dioramas. By crafting unique landscapes with foam, paint & other materials, he's able to feature interesting models which are included as part of the diorama that are also made available through our shop.
Erik has now gone on to appear as a guest on ALLCAST (released October 23, 2024) and most recently has made notable contributions to Clayfield's unreleased film "Strangers Inside". In doing so, he's demonstrated perfectly why Justus has chosen him for the official position of Makeup & Props Director.
